Sanitary Strainer Overlay & Underlay
Larrote’s sanitary strainer overlay offers advanced hygienic design for existing strainers. Our sanitary strainer overlay features a nominal hole size of 0.024 inches, effectively preventing the ingress of small particles into the product. Offered in both overlay and underlay.
Larrote’s strainer element features perforations ranging from 0.003” to 0.020”. Perforated sheet options include 70, 100, 120, and 150 micron hole sizes. The element is made from a durable 0.060” material, designed to provide lasting performance.
Strainer Element
Larrote’s “Clippins” sprayball clip offers numerous advantages for maintaining hygiene and efficiency throughout processes. Unlike twist-type clips and hairpins that can trap food particles and residues, the “clippins” design features no crevices, maintaining a more clean product zone. Engineered to prevent gailing of stainless steel during insertion, and their omni-directional design allows for insertion from either direction.

The Spacia Shutter Valve is economical to implement and easy to maintain, has no dead legs, is fully CIPable, and piggable for product recovery.
